A large law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join its Los Angeles office as a Human Resources Assistant. As a vital member of the HR department, you will provide essential administrative support and contribute to the efficient operation of various HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for fostering positive employee experiences.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an HR support role or similar administrative position. Legal recruiting experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software or other HR-related systems is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
