Entry Level Financial Assistant Role

A rapidly growing financial firm is seeking an entry-level Trust Assistant to join their team in the Los Angeles office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the financial industry while working alongside experienced professionals.

  • Provide administrative support to the Trust Department including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
  • Assist with opening and closing of trust and estate accounts
  • Process account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Monitor account activity and maintain accurate account records
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and third-party professionals
  • Assist in preparing reports and documents for internal and external use
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information
  • Learn and comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Familiarity with trust and estate accounts is a plus
