Contract IP Litigation Attorney Opportunity
Description

We are currently seeking a Contract Litigation Attorney with at least two years of experience and in good standing with the California state bar to join a prominent firm in the San Fernando Valley area. The ideal candidate will have experience consulting in litigation matters related to general litigation and intellectual property.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Handle all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and taking depositions.
  • Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
  • Work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • At least 4 years of experience in general litigation, with a focus on intellectual property matters (IP experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
