A personal Injury firm is looking for a Chief Administrative Officer for its Los Angeles office to work with the COO to oversee and manage the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring that they are operating effectively and efficiently; and that they support the overall goals and objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior-level administrative or management roles
- Strong Mircosoft Office Suite skills are required.
- Law Firm experience a plus.
