A Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking a litigation paralegal.
The Employment Law Litigation Paralegal will be a crucial member of the legal team, providing essential support and assistance in matters related to employment law. This role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and providing administrative support to attorneys specializing in employment law. The Employment Law Paralegal plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the employment law practice by assisting with various legal tasks and contributing to the overall success of our clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Completion of a paralegal certification program is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal in the field of employment law or a related legal practice area.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exhibit professionalism, and uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive client information.
- 1600 Billable hours per annum required
- Prior experience in managing case files, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records
