An award-winning law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join its team. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the firm’s computer systems and networks. Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficient and secure operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, and software applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing system upgrades, and providing technical support to end users.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-years' experience in Systems Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of server management, cloud-based systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with QuickBooks optimization and migration.
- Experience building and maintaining monitoring and alert systems and API integration.
- Experience documenting policies and procedures effectively.
