We are currently working with one of our highly regarded mid-size law firm clients on their search for a Legal Recruiting Manager to directly work with the founding partner of the firm to strategize and implement on their attorney recruiting efforts. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to attract highly qualified legal professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent requirements and understand position specifications.
  • Establish and nurture connections with relevant networks and organizations to source potential candidates.
  • Utilize diverse recruitment channels to promote opportunities and enhance the firm's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability by reviewing application materials.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring decision-makers.
  • Provide ongoing support and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment materials and maintain an engaging online presence.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Familiarize yourself with the firm's culture, practice areas, and strategic goals to effectively communicate its value proposition to candidates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of legal recruiting experience required - law firm or agency experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior management, partners, and candidates
