Description

A large consulting firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented In-House Conflicts Analyst to join its team. As an In-House Conflicts Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards by identifying and managing conflicts of interest within our organization. You will conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential conflicts, provide recommendations for conflict resolution, and maintain accurate records of conflicts and their resolutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical abilities, strong attention to detail, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a conflicts analyst, legal analyst, or in a similar role within a law firm, financial institution, or corporate legal department.
  • In-depth understanding of conflict-of-interest principles, legal and regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and evaluate complex information from diverse sources.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle connections and patterns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in using conflict-checking software, databases, and research tools.
  • Familiarity with legal and financial terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
