Legal Assistant - IP Corporate Real Estate

A very stable law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join its San Diego office as a Real Estate, Corporate, & IP Legal Secretary. In this role, you will provide administrative support to attorneys specializing in real estate, corporate law, and intellectual property (IP) matters. Your responsibilities will include managing legal documents, coordinating meetings, communicating with clients, and assisting with various legal tasks related to real estate transactions, corporate matters, and IP protection.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate & Real Estate law and/or IP Litigation within a law firm setting.
  • Proficiency in using legal case management software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of real estate transactions, corporate law, and intellectual property concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with attorneys, clients, and external contacts.
  • Ability to work as a team and also independently.
