As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, while also supporting our employees by addressing payroll-related queries and concerns. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in payroll administration, a thorough understanding of payroll laws, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Payroll Accountant or Payroll specialist.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger reconciliation.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
