Description

Large law firm seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant to join its finance team.  As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, while also supporting our employees by addressing payroll-related queries and concerns. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in payroll administration, a thorough understanding of payroll laws, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Payroll Accountant or Payroll specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive payroll data.
