- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or front desk role is preferred.

- Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the organization's values.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, and other office tools.
