Technical Support Specialist

A mid-sized law firm is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist for a long-term assignment.  As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and assistance to the office staff.  The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues across various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, patience, and empathy when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
