As the Director of Administration, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of the firm’s administrative operations. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of the firm, ensuring that both internal and external processes run smoothly and in accordance with industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in administrative leadership roles, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
- Strong understanding of law firm operations, including familiarity with legal software and practice management tools.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
