A prominent Los Angeles law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Development Manager to oversee the growth and development of our client base. As a Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our current clients and developing new business opportunities to expand our customer base. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their entire customer journey.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and take action to address any issues or concerns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level clients and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and use this information to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our client development strategies are cutting-edge and effective
  • Provide regular reports on client development activities and progress to senior management
  • Manage a team of client development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 7 years of experience in client development or account management, preferably in a law firm or professional environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful client development strategies
  • Experience managing a team of client development professionals is preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
  • Ability to occasionally work extended hours, nights and weekends
