An established law firm is seeking a Technical Support Manager. This position is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the technical support operations within the law firm's Information Technology department. This role involves managing a team of technical support specialists, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems, and providing technical assistance to attorneys, staff, and clients. The Technical Support Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the firm's technological infrastructure and delivering exceptional technical support service.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT support or IT managerial role within a legal setting.
- Strong knowledge of legal technology, including legal practice management software and case management systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with legal compliance and data security standards.
- Ability to travel as needed.
