Description

A large, international Law Firm needs an Office Services Specialist. The position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our legal office. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services to attorneys, legal professionals, and administrative staff, contributing to the overall effectiveness and professionalism of the firm.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a law firm or legal environment.
  • Advanced experience in legal and printing & copying.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
